The Face Behind Salt & Skin

Hi, I'm Sara!

I'm the nurse practitioner behind Salt & Skin Aesthetics, and the person you'll see at every appointment.

Why I Started Salt & Skin

I built Salt & Skin around the kind of experience I'd want if I were the patient.

No rushed appointments. No pressure to do more than you're comfortable with. No one-size-fits-all treatment plans.

Just honest conversations, thoughtful recommendations, and results that are tailored to you.

As a nurse practitioner, I believe great aesthetic care starts with listening. Before we ever talk about treatment, I want to understand what you see, what you'd like to improve, and what looking like yourself means to you.

That's the foundation of every appointment at Salt & Skin.

My Background

I'm a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with 11 years of experience in medicine. Before opening Salt & Skin, I spent my career caring for patients in adult and pediatric emergency medicine, where attention to detail, clinical judgment, and patient safety are part of every day.

When I chose to specialize in aesthetic medicine, I wanted training that reflected the same standard. I completed advanced hands-on training through Aesthetics Mentor, with a focus on facial anatomy, neurotoxins, and dermal fillers.

Today, I bring that same thoughtful approach to every appointment. My goal is to understand what you're hoping to achieve, explain your options honestly, and create results that feel balanced, personalized, and true to you.

My Approach to Results

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment plans because no two faces are the same.

Every recommendation I make is based on your facial anatomy, your goals, and what will create the most balanced result. Sometimes that's treating one area. Sometimes it's choosing not to treat at all.

My job isn't to chase trends—it's to help you make informed decisions and create results that still feel like you. We'll build a plan together, move at your pace, and discuss pricing before any treatment begins.

Let’s talk

If you’ve got questions, I’d rather you ask them than wonder. Book a consult and let’s figure out what makes sense for you — no pressure, no pitch.
